Our global team, with offices in New York, London, Singapore, and Sydney, invests across core infrastructure sectors including power, energy, transport, and telecommunications. Since 2000, the team has deployed over $12bn across 130+ assets, making us one of the world’s leading infrastructure debt investors.**Primary Responsibilities:**In this role, you’ll be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing new transactions, with a strong focus on financial analysis, research, preparing presentations and memos, and managing both new and existing investments. Key responsibilities include:* Build financial models and determine appropriate capital structure with acceptable levels of debt and equity* Perform in-depth diligence into investments, to develop a deep understanding of the merits and risks of potential investments* Prepare and present investment memos to the investment committee* Support deal execution and closing workstreams on new investments* Conduct regular market research and competitor intelligence identifying trends and new business areas* Assist in the identification of opportunities* Assist in the preparation of pitch proposals and marketing materials for new business activities* Support portfolio management for each investment**Qualifications:*** Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent* Minimum of 3 years’ experience at a top-tier investment bank or private equity firm in infrastructure project finance, M&A, or corporate finance**Requirements:*** Proactive self-starter eager to make an impact, comfortable working in a small, close-knit team* Exceptional financial and analytical skills with strong financial modeling capabilities (in Excel) and high-level proficiency with PowerPoint* Outstanding interpersonal and leadership qualities are a must as well as the ability to confidently interact with senior management, investors, and peers**Reporting Relationships**Partner, Infrastructure Debt*There is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity.
