Committed to providing high-quality flooring products and professional support services, we are now seeking a Flooring After-Sales Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of customer after-sales issues and service quality. Job Responsibilities Manage flooring-related customer complaints across Australia, overseeing the entire process from issue recording, cause verification, solution coordination, to final resolution. Efficiently connect internal and external resources to maximize customer satisfaction. Conduct after-sales quality inspections, verify product standards and installation specifications, identify potential issues, and prepare standardized inspection reports while maintaining complete service records. Use computer office software (Excel, CRM, etc.) to enter accurate after-sales data, update progress in real-time, classify records, and perform statistical analysis to support service improvements. Occasionally travel interstate as required for on-site problem handling and installation quality checks, ensuring timely and professional responses to cross-regional after-sales needs. Requirements Prior experience in flooring after-sales or installation is preferred; familiar with product characteristics, installation processes, and solutions for common after-sales issues. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; patient, meticulous, and able to work under pressure. Capable of managing diverse customer complaints and coordinating resources efficiently. Proficient in computer and office software; able to independently complete data entry, report writing, and system operations to ensure efficient workflow. Hold a valid Australian driver’s license; able to adapt to occasional interstate travel. Strong independent work ability, time management skills, and a high sense of responsibility. Fluent English (oral and written), capable of effectively interacting with English-speaking customers and handling business communication.
