Repair Assist Consultant

Number of Positions Available: 1 NTI Reference Number: RAC_QLD Work Type: Full time Are you the Repair Assist Consultant we are looking for? As a highly motivated and proactive problem solver, you will have excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail and a customer service focus. You will have exceptional communication and relationship building skills and won’t be afraid to pick up the phone to speak with a customers and suppliers. You will be a driven team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment and be willing to work in a small but busy team. Ideally, you will have experience in the Automotive or Insurance Industry, however this is not essential. What you’ll be doing: Reporting to the Claims Services Team Leader, you will work within a small, close-knit team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient input of data and maintaining relationships with suppliers. An important component of this role is being responsible for managing the customers’ expectations, maintaining a low-touch, high-speed customer experience. Day to day you will: Own the details: gather and verify claim information, promote our Network Repairers where appropriate, and set each claim up for success before referral. Be customer-first: provide professional, empathetic service to customers, brokers, repairers, and suppliers; resolve what you can at first contact and elevate smartly when needed.
