Our maternity services are led by a Director of Midwifery and empower midwives to work at the top of their scope, including: Perineal suturing Cervical Ripening Balloon (CRB) insertion Implanon insertion Extended Practice Authority (EPA) care Endorsed Midwife roles TUH is proudly accredited under the Baby Friendly Health Initiative (BFHI). As a Clinical Midwife – Caseload, you’ll deliver low-risk, continuity-of-care midwifery across pregnancy, labour, birth, and postpartum—both in the hospital and the community. Want to see Midwifery Group Practice in action?Watch this video Midwifery Group Practice - YouTube What You’ll Do Provide primary midwifery care in a caseload model Lead and mentor midwives within the group practice Collaborate with TUH and other health providers Deliver best-practice, woman-centred care across the continuum What We Offer Generous remuneration package including: Base salary of $4,138.10 – $4,431.10 per fortnight 6 weeks recreational leave + 17.5% leave loading Uniform & laundry + district & on-call/shift allowances Ongoing professional development opportunities Salary packaging options + additional leave entitlements Annualised salary with 35% loading 12.75% employer superannuation contribution Role Requirements Bachelor/Diploma of Midwifery + registration with AHPRA Willingness to work on-call (annualised salary applies) C Class Driver’s Licence.
