The Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our Digital Energy Business. Responsible for the design and delivery of Schneider Electric's BMS and security projects, this role is a true technology partner to our customers. Partnering with the project team and customers, at multiple client sites across Melbourne, you will become part of a passionate and experienced team that provides outstanding service and support to our clients. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities: Assist in Design & Engineering: Help produce functional descriptions, points lists, and control schematics. Assist with on‑site testing and commissioning of BMS controllers, sensors, and field devices. Create and modify user interface graphics and basic logic programming. On‑site commissioning of the BMS to ensure full operation including fault‑finding and problem‑solving on technical issues as they arise. Contributing to meeting project objectives in scope, schedule and cost. Why you: You are someone who gets excited about technology and excels in problem‑solving within challenging environments. In addition, you have the following skills: Tertiary or trade qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, Controls Systems or Computer Science (or related discipline). Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to work both autonomously or as a member of a team. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and highly proficient with MS Office. Desire to build a long‑term career by learning and developing technical knowledge and skills. Valid Australian Drivers Licence.
