We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join a well-established manufacturing and distribution business located in the Jandakot / Hammond Park area. This role offers stable Monday-Friday hours, a supportive team environment, and the potential for ongoing employment for the right person. The Role In this position, you will be responsible for all-round forklift and warehouse operations, including: Operating sit-down, stand-up and/or reach forklifts to move palletised stock such as soil, fertilisers and garden products. Loading and unloading trucks, and relocating stock across warehouse, yard and dispatch areas. Stacking, unstacking and storing goods safely in racking or yard storage zones. Conducting daily pre-starts and reporting mechanical issues or faults. Maintaining housekeeping across storage areas, ensuring safe traffic flow and clear aisles. Assisting with manual handling tasks when required - pallet building, shrink-wrapping, sorting stock, and supporting dispatch during busy periods. Participating in stocktakes, cycle counts and audits as needed. Working in line with safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times. What We're Looking For Current LF Forklift Licence. Previous forklift operating experience (preferably in a warehousing, manufacturing or distribution environment). Strong safety awareness and ability to follow site procedures. Reliable, team-oriented and committed to consistent attendance. Willingness to assist with general warehouse duties as required. Why You'll Love This Role Great team culture with long-standing staff.
