At Decent Care we’re looking for dedicated disability support workers who will deliver high-quality, person-centered care and make a meaningful difference. What You’ll Do Provide personal care: assist with showering, dressing, toileting, medication support, and mobility. Daily living support: meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and household tasks. Community engagement: accompany participants to social outings, shopping, GP visits, and recreational activities. SIL & overnight support: work in SIL residences and undertake sleepover/overnight duties (both passive and active where required). Skill development & therapy support: assist with implementing occupational, speech, and behavioral therapy strategies under professional guidance. Safety & wellbeing: monitor and report on participant progress, incidents, and health concerns; uphold privacy, dignity, and independence. What’s in It for You? Flexible and adaptable: available for a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends. A strong communicator: you build good relationships with participants, their families, and your team. Committed to high-quality care: you respect dignity, choice, and independence for each person you support. Driver’s license & reliable transport desirable (for community outings, travel between service sites). Willingness to travel across the Mornington Peninsula/Frankston/Cranbourne region. Essential Requirements (or Willing to Obtain) Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check. Smartphone (iOS 13+ or Android 6+) for rostering and reporting. Willingness to obtain First Aid & CPR certification if not already held. Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent is preferred—but not strictly required if you bring the right attitude and willingness to learn. #J-18808-Ljbffr
