We’re seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of our business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll oversee office staff and technicians, manage client relationships, and drive operational efficiency across the board. What you’ll be doing Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of office staff and technicians to achieve high performance. Managing HR processes including contracts, policies, performance reviews and KPI achievement. Ensuring technicians deliver quality service on time and on budget, with effective scheduling and fleet management. Building strong client relationships – acting as the first point of contact for service delivery, troubleshooting and escalations. Preparing reports, compliance documents and KPI updates for management. Overseeing stock control and office management to ensure everything runs efficiently. continuous improvement by contributing to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system upgrades. What we’re looking for At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire high-performing teams. Highly organised, adaptable and solutions-focused, with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator with outstanding interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Comfortable using technology, systems and data to drive efficiency. Knowledge of employment relations legislation (desirable but not essential).
