We're now looking for a creative, technically minded Shop-Drawer / Project Coordinator who's passionate about 3D modeling, manufacturing design, and seeing their work come to life on the factory floor. You'll collaborate closely with our design and production teams to transform ideas into reality — from early concepts through to fully detailed shop drawings and documentation. What You'll Be Doing Producing high‑quality 2D and 3D shop drawings and documentation using AutoCAD 3D, BricsCAD, or Fusion 360 (we don't use Revit — our focus is on fast, practical 3D modeling for manufacturing) Using Bluebeam extensively for mark‑ups, overlays, and drawing documentation — experience with Bluebeam is strongly preferred Coordinating project tasks and deliverables to ensure on‑time, high‑quality outcomes Working closely with designers, production crews, and clients to turn complex formwork concepts into manufacturable solutions Assisting in automating our BricsCAD documentation process — experience in LISP programming or CAD customisation will be highly regarded Providing technical advice and problem‑solving support across design and production Maintaining clear and accurate project documentation and records Contributing to the development of best practices and continuous process improvements What We're Looking For Experience, Diploma, or Degree in Architectural Drafting, Concrete/Structural Drafting, or a related field Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar drafting or shop drawing role within manufacturing or construction Strong 3D modeling skills in AutoCAD 3D, BricsCAD, or Fusion 360 (other CAD platforms welcome — Revit not required) Proficiency in Bluebeam for mark‑ups, overlays, and document coordination is strongly preferred Experience in LISP scripting or CAD automation highly desirableSolid understanding of steel fabrication and manufacturability Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities A proactive mindset with a passion for design innovation and process improvement Candidates must have Australian work rights as visa sponsorship is not available for this position What We Offer Competitive pay reflective of experience and capability Career growth and professional development within a progressive business A supportive, respectful, and collaborative culture — we treat people as people, not numbers Opportunities to influence how we design, document, and automate our workflow Flexible work arrangements and a strong focus on work‑life balance The satisfaction of seeing your 3D models and Bluebeam mark‑ups evolve into real, tangible products in our workshop About Us For over two decades, MasterForm has been at the forefront of steel formwork innovation, designing and fabricating products that shape some of Australia's most complex concrete structures.
