About the Roles We are seeking a Graduate Landscape Architect & Senior Landscape Architect (minimum 7 years post-graduate experience) to join our passionate and collaborative team. You'll be working on a range of high-quality public realm, urban design and urban development projects that positively impact communities and the environment. Skills & Experience Positive & flexible ‘solutions-based’ approach. Proactive & team-oriented. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Indesign), and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Revit and Lumion an advantage but not essential. Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills. Organisational & time management skills. Strong hand-drawing and conceptual sketching abilities are highly regarded. Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture. Current Queensland Driver’s Licence (clean record). Experience in south-east Qld an advantage. Senior Landscape Architect Responsibilities Lead the design with creative flair and delivery of landscape architecture projects across various sectors. Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, government, and stakeholders throughout all project phases. Prepare and deliver compelling design presentations and reports. Produce high-quality design and documentation, hand-drawn and digital. Guide and mentor junior staff in design development, documentation, and professional practice. Manage time, resources, and budgets across multiple projects effectively.
