Fairbridge WA Limited (Fairbridge) – Deputy Principal Fairbridge WA Limited (Fairbridge) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Principal to join their team in Pinjarra, WA. This part‑time role will play a crucial part in supporting the Principal and leading the school's strategic initiatives, with a focus on driving student outcomes and student wellbeing. What you’ll be doing Collaborating with the Principal to support the development and implementation of the school's educational vision, mission and strategic plan Overseeing day‑to‑day management and operations of the school, ensuring a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment Supporting implementation of effective teaching and learning strategies Fostering a positive school culture, promoting staff and student wellbeing, and leading professional development initiatives Representing the school in the local community and building effective partnerships with parents, carers and external stakeholders Undertaking other duties as required to support the Principal and the broader school leadership team Providing teaching support in the classroom where required What we’re looking for Experience in a senior leadership role within a school setting Demonstrated ability to drive academic improvement, enhance student outcomes and promote a culture of excellence Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Commitment to the school's values and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young people What we offer At Fairbridge, we are committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment that promotes work‑life balance.
