Casual roles and permanent part-time roster lines available Conveniently located in vibrant Caulfield Generous salary packaging benefits In this role, you’ll play a key part in day to day service delivery for clients accessing Short Term Respite (STR) and Supported Independent Living (SIL). You’ll support individuals with daily living, community participation, positive behaviour support and decisionmaking - ensuring each person experiences meaningful engagement, independence and connection. As a permanent staff member, you will receive secure ongoing hours, regular supervision, professional development, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with participants.
