Join our team as a Senior BIM & Digital Deliver Consultant, where you’ll lead the strategic implementation of Building Information Modelling across multidisciplinary projects. In this role, you’ll guide project teams in best‑practice BIM workflows, ensure model integrity and coordination, and advise clients on digital delivery strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to drive innovation, improve project outcomes, and support digital transformation initiatives. The Opportunity Manage external BIM projects, including developing client BIM standards and authoring BIM Execution Plans. Run external visual design reviews and coordination meetings with project teams to ensure model integrity and alignment. Setup and maintain federated models using software such as Revizto, Navisworks, Solibri, or Revit from consultant/trade models. Clash detection, issue management, and coordination using tools like Revizto, Navisworks, and Solibri. Represent Arup at internal and external events, advising on digital delivery strategies and promoting BIM excellence. Is this role right for you? Experience of leading others in a project BIM role, with a strong ability to guide teams and influence digital delivery outcomes. Proficiency in Revit, Revizto, Navisworks, and Solibri, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and applications. Outstanding communication skills, able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience establishing automated digital workflow‑based processes and procedures, driving efficiency and innovation.
