Responsibilities Job purpose: As a marketing specialist, you will manage and support the company’s self-direct trading brand (Forex.com) digital marketing operation across the Asia Pacific region, responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies in-line with business growth objectives. Lead the definition of the digital marketing strategy, identify client acquisition, conversion and retention opportunities with planning and execution, enhance user journey through our website, and improve client’s customer experience by client segments, platforms and trading products. Act as the marketing product owner for interactions across internal function teams to ensure the digital marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently. Work closely with internal teams or external vendors to support digital collateral production to meet business requirements, including website pages, new landing pages, content, imagery, video and user interfaces. Create client journey maps through first-hand experience of our websites and platforms. Research best UX practices and industry trends. Work closely with Website Editors and Regional business team members. Learn how customer feedback tools are implemented on the website. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including client‑facing teams and business management—to identify opportunities and drive business results. Develop and maintain processes, communicate roadmaps and tactical plans to all stakeholders including regional management. Qualifications Ecommerce, marketing, or equivalent degree level education. Native Mandarin language speaker. Understanding of China online internet, mobile internet environment and user behavior. Solid e‑commerce related marketing product owner / customer experience management experience at a similar level within digitally‑led marketing organisations. Experience with modern digital marketing systems like Google Analytics, website CMS, Figma. Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimise performance. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners. Knowledge of SEO, AI SEO (GEO/AEO) is preferred. Understanding of online trading (FX, CFD, Stocks trading) experience, with insights into the financial brokerage industry is preferred.
