About the Role As a Sales Consultant, you’ll have the chance to offer our customers some of the best-selling car brands and be the face of the dealership - guiding customers from their first enquiry through to vehicle delivery. You’ll play a key role in matching customers with the right vehicle, ensuring every experience is professional, enjoyable, and memorable. This is a fantastic opportunity for both entry-level applicants who want training and mentorship and seasoned sales professionals seeking a rewarding, long-term career in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles. Manage the full sales process - from initial enquiry through to final handover. Build strong relationships with new and returning customers. Prepare and complete all relevant sales documentation accurately. Work towards individual and team sales targets. Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and manufacturer programs. Who We’re Looking For Junior / Entry-Level Applicants Enthusiastic, confident, and eager to learn. Great with people - strong communication and people skills. Professional presentation and a genuine interest in the automotive industry. Motivated by success and keen to develop through training. Experienced Sales Consultants Proven sales track record within automotive or related industries. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.?
