The role Join our dedicated yard team at Adbri Masonry as a Yardsman / Forklift Operator , where you’ll play a key role in the safe, efficient handling and dispatch of our masonry products. This role is based at our Townsville site and offers full-time, permanent employment. You’ll need to be flexible with start times to support yard operations, with occasional Saturday shifts as required. At Adbri Masonry, we’re committed to the growth and development of our people. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and load/unload trucks safely Maintain clean, safe, and organised yard Package and dispatch products to quality standards Assist with stocktakes and inventory control Complete basic paperwork and report hazards/incidents General labouring / duties within the yard What you will need to succeed Valid forklift licence with experience in forklift operation Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn Confident communicator with team members and other staff Committed to maintaining high safety, health, and environmental standards Knowledge of safe and proper manual handling techniques Our business Adbri Masonry is Australia’s leading concrete products manufacturer supplying quality concrete bricks, blocks, pavers, retaining walls, erosion control products and architectural masonry solutions.
