They are known for their strong technical capability, reliable service delivery, and long-standing industry relationships. About the Role WorkPac are seeking an Estimator to join a growing security technology business in an office-based position. This role is well suited to an experienced Estimator or a Security Technician seeking a transition into an estimating role. You will review drawings, interpret specifications, and prepare accurate and competitive proposals for commercial security projects. After a successful probation period, there is potential for occasional work-from-home flexibility. Key Responsibilities Interpret drawings, ground plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates Analyse material spreadsheets to support pricing and margin review Prepare detailed cost proposals for commercial and high-rise projects Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify scope Identify materials, labour and installation requirements through document review Ensure all quotes are accurate, professional and submitted within required timeframes Maintain strong communication with established client base to support ongoing relationships Skills and Experience Required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Minimum 2 years' experience within the security industry Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings High attention to detail with strong numerical reasoning Excellent communication and organisational abilities Desirable - Prior estimating experience (preferably within the security industry) Desirable - Security Technicians seeking to move off the tools are encouraged to apply How to Apply Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact: WorkPac Principal Consultant: Call Tiffany Parker on 8*** or email **************@WorkPac.com quoting the below reference number.
