Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Aseptic Filler Operator Night Shift Department: Manufacturing - ANZ Location: Shepparton, AU, 3630 Job Function: Supply Chain - ANZ Opportunity We are seeking a casual Night Shift Aseptic Filler Operator to join the team at Campbell’s Shepparton. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys problem‑solving, and has hands‑on experience in aseptic operations. Accountabilities Operate and monitor aseptic fillers and case packers within the Aseptic area of the Production Facility Complete Clean‑in‑Place (CIP) processes for UHT equipment and aseptic fillers Carry out set‑ups, changeovers, and troubleshooting in line with Campbell’s OH&S, Quality & Performance Standards Conduct process area cleaning to maintain company, GMP, and HACCP compliance Work both autonomously and collaboratively to meet daily production targets Ingredients for Success Minimum 2 years’ experience in an aseptic operation Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills Availability to work full‑time hours (38 hours per week, Sunday–Thursday) plus overtime when required Flexibility to work in different areas and shifts as required Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Adaptability in a changing environment Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols Understanding of team, safety and quality operating principles in a food manufacturing environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal At Campbell’s, we believe creating delicious moments for a diverse range of consumers starts with having a workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
