Join to apply for the Food Production Manager (Eggs) role at Bendigo Advertiser We have an exciting new role available at our Egg Farm at Cooranbong, Lake Macquarie NSW. The Food Production Manager will report directly to the Grading Floor Manager. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 5 years Manager/Supervisor experience. The Food Production Manager will be a full-time role, Monday – Friday. This Position Includes Managing a team of grading staff on a daily basis Setting up and preparing the grading machine (equipment and computer – training provided) Troubleshoot any equipment breakdowns and liaise with 3rd party technicians as needed Solid understanding of HACCP/SQF and ensuring logs are checked and completed and all staff/visitors remain compliant Perform stocktakes, order materials as needed Ensuring our very high standard of cleaning and sanitisation is met daily Ensuring all OH&S requirements are met Pick & Pack orders as needed Strong Excel/Word skills Excellent and confident phone manner – you will be required to contact suppliers, book inspections, repairs etc as directed by the Grading Floor Manager Excellent computer skills – data entry of logs, daily use of scanning and printing equipment Our grading area is in a fast paced environment and would suit someone with previous warehouse management experience with HACCP/SQF knowledge. Please note: due to our biosecurity zone you cannot own chickens, birds or pigs at home.
