Now, it’s your turn to take the lead. As a Mobile Home Finance Manager, you’ll work flexibly and independently , guiding new and existing customers through the home loan journey from start to finish. You’ll make the process smooth, rewarding, and personal—while also introducing customers to banking solutions that support their broader financial goals. Your impact will extend beyond individual customers. You’ll build and nurture referral relationships with key partners—real estate agents, accountants, and other professionals—ensuring a steady stream of opportunities and a strong presence in your local community. We have multiple roles available. If you’re passionate about people, driven to deliver results, and ready to grow your career through meaningful relationships—we’d love to hear from you. What do I need? Established referral networks and a strong ability to foster customer relationships through external partnerships. Proven experience in a customer-facing lending role, ideally with a track record of success in mobile or residential lending. Comprehensive knowledge of the home lending process and Westpac’s product suite. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence with customers. A commitment to exceeding customer expectations through outstanding service and relationship-building.
