What You’ll Be Doing Building high‑quality tiny homes (Class 1A) inside our Caboolture facility Framing, flooring, internal fitouts, decks, feature walls, cabinetry‑style detail Working closely with our designers & builders to bring custom homes to life Following build plans, problem‑solving, and maintaining high workmanship standards Optional mentoring of junior team members if that’s your thing Required Criteria Construction White Card Current Public Liability Insurance Current Workers' Compensation Insurance (We check these prior to onboarding.) What We’re Looking For Experienced carpenters, builders or fitout specialists High attention to detail — no shortcuts Ability to read plans and work independently Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in their finish Pay & Perks $65–$75 per hour (based on experience) PLUS potential for higher rates depending on skill, speed & finish Monday–Friday work + optional Saturdays Consistent workflow — no weather delays Solid team culture, stability & clean workspace Why Teeny Tiny Homes?
