About The Role We’re looking for an experienced Practice Nurse who’s hands-on, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, integrated health care — helping patients take charge of their wellbeing through prevention, education, and compassionate support. Responsibilities Conduct health assessments, screening, and triage Deliver vaccinations and therapeutic treatments Support chronic disease management and healthy lifestyle programs Assist with minor procedures and diagnostics (ECGs, INR, glucose monitoring) Ensure safe, compliant, and best-practice clinical care About You You’re not just a nurse — you’re a trusted partner in your patients’ health journey. You’re professional, positive, and take pride in delivering care that truly makes a difference. Skills and Experiences Current Division 1 Nursing Registration with AHPRA Experience in a general practice or primary care setting A collaborative mindset and great communication skills A commitment to patient-centred, high-quality care A hands-on, can-do attitude Why Join GMHBA?
