The Company Our client is a leading retail group undergoing a period of significant technology transformation. With a focus on improving integration and digital capability across their core systems, they are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead key initiatives within the PMO. The Role This full‑time, permanent position plays a pivotal role in leading the Shopify integration and ensuring seamless connectivity across ERP, CRM, POS, and other core business systems. The role is hands‑on, high‑visibility, and requires on‑site presence four days per week to collaborate closely with technical and business teams. Retail and Shopify experience highly desirable. Responsibilities Lead the Shopify integration and ensure alignment with ERP, CRM, and POS platforms Manage end‑to‑end project delivery including planning, tracking, governance, and go‑live readiness Drive vendor engagement, commercial analysis, and project documentation (briefs, RFIs, budgets) Act as the senior PM within the PMO, supporting delivery standards and contributing to portfolio governance Partner with senior stakeholders to align business and technology priorities Oversee smaller concurrent transformation initiatives as needed Support PMO processes including project intake, reporting, and steering committee preparation Candidate Experience Proven experience delivering large‑scale technology or eCommerce transformations (Shopify experience advantageous) Background in retail or a similar fast‑paced consumer environment Exposure to ERP, eCommerce, and backend system integration Please note, we can only contact successfully shortlisted candidates.
