What You’ll Be Doing Whether you're running the full venue or owning the drive thru , your role is all about fast-paced leadership, team vibes, and delivering epic experiences. If you’re running the whole Drive Thru Restaurant, you’ll be: Lead the Way: Drive engagement and results with your team of 20–50 legends. Own the Ops: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager. Grow Your Crew: Help your team thrive with regular check‑ins, performance reviews, and development plans. Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the restaurant firing on all cylinders. Champion Your Community: Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local legends and groups. If you’re leading the Drive Thru, you’ll be: Lead & Inspire: Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to energise and guide a passionate team. Be Hands‑On: From the grill to the window, you're in the thick of it, making sure every shift runs smooth. Focus on Quality: High vibes, higher standards—deliver consistently epic guest experiences. Smash Targets: Drive performance, help your crew grow, and celebrate those wins. Coach & Develop: Level up your team’s skills across all stations.
