What you'll be doing Assisting registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering personal care to residents Helping with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance Monitoring and reporting on residents' health and well-being Maintaining accurate records and documentation Providing a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for our residents Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements What we're looking for Previous experience as an Assistant in Nursing or similar role in an aged care setting Recent paid experience in Australia within the aged care sector within 6 months Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays What we offer At Jobwire, we are committed to supporting the professional and personal growth of our employees.
