About the Role As our EGM People & Wellness, you will be the architect of Pinq's human capability, capacity, and compliance. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and sitting on an exceptionally collaborative Executive Team, you will : Lead the enterprise-wide People strategy Ensure Pinq has the talent to meet current and future growth Be the custodian of culture, wellness, and employee experience Oversee safety, WHS, industrial compliance & employee relations Strengthen recruitment, clinical pipelines & leadership capability Integrate workforce capability in acquisitions Shape the EVP, lead succession planning, and grow future leaders Build a high-performing People & Culture function Hold the organisation accountable to Employees Come First This role is central to Pinq's growth. Key Focus Areas Capability Lead the entire employee lifecycle with excellence Build leadership pathways & future talent pipelines Drive high-impact engagement and retention strategies Embed WHS, wellbeing, and psychological safety Develop managers into effective, confident people leaders Capacity Lead a strategic, data-driven recruitment function Build workforce pipelines across Allied Health, Aged Care & mobile services Align EVP, marketing, and tertiary partnerships Ensure we have the right talent at the right time, in the right places Compliance Lead HR governance with precision Oversee employee relations, investigations & risk Own WHS systems and psychosocial safety Ensure compliance across NDIS, My Aged Care, DVA, NES, Awards & visa requirements What You Bring 10+ years HR leadership; 5+ at senior / executive level Human services, healthcare, aged care or allied health experience Proven track record scaling capability & capacity in growth environments Mastery of Australian employment law, awards & regulatory frameworks Ability to influence, challenge and partner with C-suite High emotional intelligence & executive presence Expertise in culture leadership, wellness programs & organisational change Analytical strength with the ability to convert people data into board-ready insights A hands-on, autonomous leadership style that thrives in pace and purpose If you are ready to take ownership of the People function in an organisation where decisions are fast, collaboration is deep, and impact is immediate - Join us and make that your legacy.
