Requirements for this role Flexible hours available 2–3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $120,000 – $135,000 per year About Us DD Child & Family Therapy Services is an Indigenous‑led, trauma‑informed NDIS provider delivering behaviour support, support coordination, allied health, and community programs across the NT. We are a phase of growth and seeking an experienced Operations Manager to streamline our teams, systems, and service delivery. About the Role The Operations Manager oversees daily operations, team performance, recruitment, quality control, and NDIS compliance. You will work closely with the CEO and lead multiple service streams including Behaviour Support, Support Coordination, and Programs. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and staff workflow Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance Ensure NDIS Practice Standards compliance Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement Support risk and incident management Drive service growth and retention Oversee scheduling, systems, and reporting Support CEO with strategic projects Requirements Experience managing teams in NDIS, Allied Health, or Community Services Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards Leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities High‑level organisational and operational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively Working With Children Check (WWCC / Ochre Card, NT) NDIS Worker Screening Check Driver’s licence #J-18808-Ljbffr
