Job Details Role: Senior Educator Location: Mossman, Queensland Centre: Goodstart Mossman - Johnston Road Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Salary Range: $39.85 - $41.05 per hour Overview Goodstart Early Learning is a not‑for‑profit organization dedicated to providing high quality early learning programs across Queensland. We are seeking a passionate Senior Educator to join our Mossman centre, where you will play a key role in shaping children’s learning experiences and supporting a collaborative and inclusive culture. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Educator, you will be a dedicated team player, collaborating with peers to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programmes. You will put safety first, ensuring inclusive learning experiences that respond to all children’s needs.
