Building Technical Advisor - Various Locations Roles based in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Tasmania & Melbourne Join a team committed to technical excellence, customer service, and quality outcomes in insurance repairs. We are seeking a Building Technical Advisor to join our Consumer Property Claims team. This is a permanent, full‑time role within a team focused on technical standards, customer service, and quality results in insurance repairs. You will use your experience in the industry to assist internal stakeholders on residential building matters, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards. About the Role As a Building Technical Advisor, you will provide guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to building codes, accurate scoping, and effective cost control. Your responsibilities include providing expert advice on repair methodologies, building compliance, and scope assessment, in addition to working together with specialists and suppliers to achieve suitable outcomes. Your contributions will play a critical role in influencing customer satisfaction and claim outcomes.
