Assess economic value and risk potential of new business. Educate customers about business options and provide sound advice on risk and opportunity for growth. Proactively call on networks of contacts to identify new business and referral opportunities. Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in the local market. Qualifications Previous experience working as a banker, preferably in agribusiness. Experience in all aspects of financial analysis and credit assessment. Passion for relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service. Proactive problem solver who makes decisions and thrives in a dynamic environment.
