This is a rare chance to join the dedicated team at Star of the Sea LDC & Kindergarten— a 59 place service located in the beautiful Fraser Coast, co-located with Star of the Sea Primary School. Your Role as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) Design and deliver an inclusive, engaging Kindergarten program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG). Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues in a safe and nurturing environment. Create and maintain a vibrant, inspiring, and aesthetically pleasing learning space. Accurately document children’s learning through observations, evaluations, and ongoing reflection. Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. Represent our service and uphold our values within the broader community. What You’ll Need ACECQA-approved Bachelor, Graduate Diploma, or Master’s in Early Childhood Education. Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification. Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check - QLD). Understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations. Familiarity with behaviour guidance frameworks and inclusive practices.
