Advisor, Student Visa Compliance and Reporting Join RMIT University as an Advisor in Student Visa Compliance and Reporting. This full‑time, fixed‑term position (12 months) offers a salary of HEW 6 + 17% superannuation and flexible working arrangements. The role is based at the Melbourne CBD campus and may require work at other campuses. Overview The Advisor is responsible for providing timely reporting, service support and expertise for a range of activities pertaining to the administration of enrolments and student records across all RMIT onshore cohorts, including those delivered to student visa holders under Australian Commonwealth Student Visa Requirements. Responsibilities Provide timely reporting and service support for student visa holders and enrolment record keeping. Ensure compliance with the ESOS Act, National Code and Student Visa Regulations. Produce detailed reporting and institutional data from PRISMS. Analyse and present information and data from various formats. Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience Experience in tertiary vocational education or multi‑sector environment. Knowledge of the ESOS Act, National Code and Student Visa Regulations. Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Ability to work collegially and maintain productive relationships. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, university software, web/email, database use, and SharePoint. Other Information Appointment is subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check.
