Job Description Unique entry level OSHC Management opportunity within the education sector Assist in leading a team of Educators with support & training provided. Develop your leadership skills Our Outside School Hours Care service, Glen HuonOSHClub , is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part‑time opportunity offering 32 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators. You’ll work split shifts, supporting our Monday‑Friday hours: 6:30am‑9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:00pm‑6:00pm (Stay and Play). Extra hours are also available during school holidays About the role Get ready for an exciting opportunity to co‑manage a dynamic team of Educators, where you’ll experience the perfect blend of support and leadership growth You’ll lead a vibrant before and after‑school program at a primary school, guiding children aged 5‑12 through fun and enriching activities. With the backing of a dedicated state‑specific office and the mentorship of regional managers who visit regularly, you’ll be empowered to shine in your role while developing your skills as a leader. Develop and facilitate an engaging child‑centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft – whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day‑to‑day operations of your service including compliance and administration Who are we looking for?
