About the role As the Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible with working alongside the Store Manager to drive sales and achieve KPI results, build and train your team to deliver an excellent, fun customer-driven culture within store. Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly and efficiently Ability to review store sales reports and create actions plans with your Store Manager and team Hold yourself and each individual accountable for their own results through constant feedback Work closely with the Store Manager to create a store roster according to daily traffic, peak periods and optimise the team resources. Supports efficient inventory management including stocktakes & cycle counts. Support the implementation of visual merchandising standards within store and assist with in-store activations. Work closely with the Store Manager to mentor and coach the store team to allow them to grow, celebrating their strengths and building awareness and steps to address their gaps; through honesty, generosity, and true empowerment to give things a go themselves About you At least 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience in a retail environment.
