Whether part of our fully escorted 4WD wilderness adventures or a self‑drive journey, our guests sleep under a million stars while enjoying personalised service. The Lodge Maintenance Host plays a key role in ensuring our lodges deliver an outstanding, seamless experience for every guest. Responsibilities Act as the point of contact with the Lodge Maintenance Manager (Broome‑based) to address infrastructure issues. Perform general maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and groundskeeping. Conduct weekly supply runs, including loading, unloading and driving the supply truck on 4WD tracks. Host guests, including assisting with breakfast and dinner service, bar duties, and kitchen tasks. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in guest accommodation and public areas. Ensure guest safety and adhere to OHS legislation. Work on a 21 days on / 7 days off roster during the operational season (May to September) with an additional day off during your 3 weeks on. Requirements Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (WA or nationally recognised) or WA Approved Managers ticket. Basic Food Safety Certificate. Current First Aid Certificate. Access to a reliable 4WD vehicle (for travel on RDOs). A Medium Rigid licence. About You Resilience to live and work remotely, embracing life off the beaten path. A trade qualification or proven experience in a handyman/maintenance role. Leadership experience and strong administrative skills. Experience in Food & Beverage or a customer service environment. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and anticipating guest needs. Strong problem‑solving skills, resourcefulness, and adaptability. Impeccable attention to detail and excellent time management. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with cultural awareness and respect.
