One of the world’s leading aged care providers is expanding their Wellness Hub team and is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality, compassionate care across a portfolio of regional aged care homes. Why You’ll Love This Role Primarily work from home — with occasional, reimbursed travel to facilities across Northern NSW & Lower QLD. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and coordinate case reviews for new admissions, residents returning from hospital, and scheduled reviews. Provide coaching and education to residents and families on medical conditions and evidence-based treatment options. Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to Nurse Practitioner candidates. Drive improvements through risk management, governance activities and clinical oversight. Contribute to research, gap analyses and initiatives that enhance models of care across the organisation. What We’re Looking For Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) + current AHPRA endorsement. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Experience in aged care or primary care (preferred but not essential). Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and commitment to best practice. Medicare billing experience is a bonus, but training can be provided. Passion for supporting teams and delivering exceptional resident care. What’s on Offer Full-time, Monday–Friday (no nights, no weekends). $190,000–$195,000 + Super (negotiable depending on experience) WFH flexibility with minimal, reimbursed travel.
