As a Regional Engagement Coordinator, you'll plan and deliver a range of exciting recruitment, marketing, and conversion activities to engage prospective students, their influencers, and key internal stakeholders. With a focus on providing personalised support and a seamless experience, you'll help guide students through their journey, from first interest to final decision, building strong connections and influencing their choice to study at UniSC. Please note This role requires flexibility with work hours, including after hours and weekends. You will Responsible for the development and implementation of efficient, targeted and data-backed marketing, recruitment and sales strategies to improve application preference and conversion of prospective students across all domestic coursework markets; and Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with external stakeholders such as secondary schools, RTOs, community organisations and local government to drive recruitment in domestic coursework markets. About you You’re a highly organised and proactive professional with strong administrative, project, and event management skills. You thrive working independently within established frameworks, confidently juggling competing priorities and meeting deadlines with ease. Your sound judgement and ability to engage sensitively and professionally with people from all backgrounds, including senior administrators and academics, make you a trusted and effective communicator in any setting. You will possess: Completion of a relevant degree with subsequent experience, or possess an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education/training; High-level interpersonal, communication, liaison, networking and mediation skills in order to develop and maintain effective relationships; High-level public speaking and written communication skills; and Ability to make informed decisions on the basis of strategic information, data and market insight.
