About The Role We are looking for an experienced Nursing and Midwifery Support Officer to provide high‑level administrative and secretarial support to the Nursing and Midwifery Executives and wider team. Provide secretariat support services including drafting accurate and concise reports, briefs, documents and correspondence, agenda creation and minute taking for all relevant committees and meetings. Support recruitment within the Nursing and Midwifery Services team through the ROB system. Manage rostering for the Nursing and Midwifery Services team through HealthRoster. Support Nursing and Midwifery projects – reporting and tracking as directed by manager. Respond to communication enquiries and provide information and referral of enquiries in a timely and responsive manner while maintaining confidentiality and integrity. Arrange travel, accommodation and other event and planning management as requested, including catering. Manage competing priorities and high volumes of work with limited resources, working independently under limited guidance and within constraints set by Senior Management. About You Demonstrate experience in providing administrative and secretarial support in a private or public sector role at a similar level. Manage competing priorities and deadlines whilst upholding a high level of customer service. Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and problem‑solving ability. Why join MLHD?
