Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry‑level Sales & Business Development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting day‑to‑day sales activities, responding to customer inquiries, preparing proposals and quotes, and following up on sales opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to market and competitor analysis, relationship development, and sales reporting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct day‑to‑day sales activities, including making cold phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, preparing proposals or quotes according to customer requirements, and follow up on sales opportunities to ensure a high conversion rate. Collect and analyze market and competitor information to propose improvements to management. Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure long‑term partnerships. Provide accurate and timely sales reporting as required by management. Requirements: Ability to work autonomously and be a key member in a busy and energetic team environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. Ideal to have: Proven experience in B2B business development or sales for industrial equipment, ideally geospatial or wind industry. Experiences with CRM system, ideally with Zoho.
