Samples Coordinator - Luxury Tile & Stone A luxury tile and surface supplier requires a Samples Coordinator to support the architectural sales team. This role is essential, as samples are a detrimental and essential sales tool. You will be joining the team to ensure all high‑end product samples are readily available in the showroom. Immediate Start Key Responsibilities Respond to all Sales team enquiries and fulfil daily sample requests. Maintain general organisation, ensuring samples are ordered and labelled promptly upon arrival. Manage all sample logistics, including arranging post, freight, and couriers. Keep the sample library, showroom racks, and displays updated and correctly labelled/coded. Prepare sample boards and individual sample cards, arranging for tile cutting. Liaise with Procurement to order samples for all new items and promotions. Run a Summary Sheet of all samples sent by post and courier for periodic review. Skills and Experience High attention to detail and proven organisational skills. Exceptional communication for liaising across teams. Experience in managing sample logistics and freight. Proficient in administrative duties and running summary reports. Commitment to attending all product meetings to ensure current knowledge. Proactive willingness to assist the sales team with presentations. Ability to provide secondary support for phones and lunchtime breaks.
