For over 50 years, Vili’s has been serving South Australians their favourite pies, pastries and coffee. Our cafés are fast, friendly and proudly local, and we’re looking for Casual Café Cooks who love a busy service and great food. We are open 24/7 and typically require cooks to work 3‑4 days per week, approximately 20‑30 hours. Ongoing casual employment with the potential for permanency. What You’ll Do Cook our café menu to spec, with confidence on the grill and to short‑order timing. Coordinate with FOH for smooth, on‑time service during busy periods. Maintain food safety, cleaning and hygiene standards throughout service. Restock, rotate and label (FIFO) and complete basic temperature and quality checks. About You Experience in canteens, food trucks, fast food chains or similar fast‑paced environments. Confident working on grills. Strong multitasking and clear communication within the kitchen and the FOH team. Reliable, energetic, and proud of consistent quality. Why join Vili’s?
