The Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional General Manager to oversee our operations in Hunter Region. As the face of Alloggio in Hunter Region, you’ll take charge of regional growth, drive operational excellence, and establish meaningful connections within the accommodation and leisure sectors. Your Responsibilities Inspire, lead, and guide local teams to achieve operational excellence and business goals. Ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives across all locations. Oversee multiple operations, ensuring seamless performance and regional cohesion. Drive revenue growth and exceed budgeted targets, focusing on sustainable expansion. Spearhead property acquisition and retention to grow the regional portfolio. Take full accountability for regional P&L, managing both revenue and cost drivers effectively. Build and nurture strong relationships with local vendors, businesses, and community stakeholders. Utilise technology and innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences and optimize property ROI. Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities while improving the existing portfolio. Represent Alloggio as a trusted leader in Australia’s accommodation industry. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a commercially minded, strategic leader with strong accountability and exceptional communication skills. You’ll be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, capable of inspiring teams, and driven to deliver regional growth.
