This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at The Albion Hotel as an Assistant Manager. As Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. What you'll be doing Assisting the General Manager in leading and motivating the hotel team to deliver outstanding customer service. Overseeing daily hotel operations. Managing staff schedules and performance, providing training and development opportunities. Resolving guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations. Representing the hotel at industry events and building relationships with key stakeholders. What we're looking for Experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Excellent customer service orientation, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and problems effectively. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant hospitality qualifications or certifications would be highly regarded.
