About the role We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Albury office , located in the heart of the Murray region. Surrounded by heritage architecture, cultural landmarks, and a thriving local community, Albury offers the perfect blend of lifestyle and leadership opportunity. As a Manager in our Business Advisory division, you'll play a key role in delivering high‑quality financial and tax services to clients, while leading and mentoring a team of professionals. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex challenges and identify opportunities for growth. What you'll do Review and oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns across a range of entities Provide strategic tax planning and business advisory services to clients Analyse financial data and develop financial models to support client decision‑making Identify and resolve complex accounting and tax issues Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering practical and commercial advice Manage workflow and team performance, ensuring high‑quality outcomes Mentor and develop junior staff, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively support clients About you A degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major CA qualification (or equivalent) 5‑7 years' experience in professional services, with proven leadership capabilities Strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset A commitment to ongoing professional development Life at RSM RSM provides a great environment to build skills and confidence and we help our people achieve their best.
