The Role As our Retail Stock Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind our in-market stock performance. From smart allocations and replenishment to supporting new store builds and keeping our stock data tight, you’ll work closely with our Planning, Buying, Retail and Warehouse teams to fuel our retail and online success. You’ll help shape what hits the shelves, keep our bestsellers topped up, and make sure every store is ready to deliver the Ringers Western experience our customers love. What You’ll Do Manage store replenishment and product allocations across all retail stores Build stock plans and assortments for new store openings Analyse stock levels, sell‑through, and store performance Identify risks and opportunities across inventory Support markdowns, seasonal transitions, and product lifecycle decisions Maintain clean, accurate stock and SKU data Work closely with Merchandise Planning, Buying, Retail Operations & Warehouse teams What You Bring Experience in retail stock coordination, allocations, or inventory support Strong analytical and numerical skills Great with spreadsheets, systems and data A love for retail, product, and pace Strong communication and collaboration skills High attention to detail and a hands‑on, proactive approach Why Join Ringers Western?
