Western NSW Local Health District – Forbes NSW Employment Type: Casual Position Classification: Cook Grade B Remuneration: $31.96 ph (+ superannuation + salary packaging options) Location: Forbes, NSW – Find out more Hours Per Week: Casual Applications Close: Ongoing About the role Join our Patient Support Services team as a Cook B Grade – Catering professional, responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of nutritious, well-balanced, and appealing meals for patients. You will ensure all food meets safety standards, dietary requirements, and allergen guidelines while maintaining high hygiene practices. This role involves completing mandatory training (online and face-to-face), adhering to infection control and manual handling principles, and contributing to quality improvement programs. Working within a large team, you’ll enjoy an 8-hour shift from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, supporting the health and wellbeing of patients through excellence in food service.
