C Care's Community Club matches friendly home visitors with senior recipients seeking social connection. Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of socially isolated seniors? As a Community Club Home Visitor, you will foster a meaningful friendship with an older person in need of companionship. Your regular visits and conversations will bring joy, social connection, and a sense of belonging to someone who may otherwise feel alone. This is a highly rewarding opportunity where your time and presence can truly brighten someone's day. Visits could include having a cup of tea, getting involved in a simple activity together, having a chat. Are you right for the role? Here are some key characteristics that make a fantastic home visitor: Empathetic Patient Great listening skills Warm and friendly Reliable and committed This opportunity is a longer-term position to allow a meaningful relationship to develop.
