About the role EZI Towing & Transport is seeking a talented Dispatch Scheduler / Co‑Ordinator & Administration Officer to join our dynamic team in Yatala, Queensland. This full‑time role will see you playing a crucial part in the day‑to‑day operations of our growing transport and logistics company. What you'll be doing Coordinate and manage the dispatch of towing and transport vehicles to job sites across the local region, Interstate & Intrastate regions when applicable Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, record‑keeping and reporting Communicate with customers and clients to provide updates on job status and logistics Assist with the scheduling and rostering of our fleet of drivers and operators Support the implementation of new processes and systems to improve operational efficiency Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment What we're looking for Previous experience in a dispatch, coordination or administrative role, ideally within the transport or logistics industry Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders Excellent organisation and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail Working knowledge of dispatch and fleet management software (desirable) Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook A positive, proactive and solutions‑focused approach to problem‑solving What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career development and progression Friendly and collaborative team culture Access to the latest dispatch and logistics technology Ongoing training and professional development About us EZI Towing & Transport is a family owned & operated provider of towing, transport and logistics services in South‑East Queensland.
