SharePoint Migration Consultant Company: ZSoft Technologies Pty Ltd Location: Canberra, ACT, Australia Duration: 3 months; Baseline clearance; Hybrid (ACT) Job Description Develop a comprehensive migration plan to transition from SharePoint 2019 On-Premise to SharePoint Online/M365. Key Responsibilities Develop a SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online migration plan aligned with organisational policies and M365 strategy. Ensure the migration approach supports: Microsoft 365 best practices Out-of-the-box SharePoint Online functionality (avoid customisation where possible) Future integration with Microsoft Teams and AI capabilities Define secure architecture within ASD Certified PROTECTED Cloud / Microsoft Government Cloud (SharePoint Online). Provide a roadmap for integration between SharePoint Online and on-premise EDRMS (Content Manager / TRIM). Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, information security, data governance and IT access policies. Produce detailed deliverables: Migration strategy and phases Information architecture and content inventory Risk, compliance and security mapping Timeline, resource estimates and dependencies Conduct workshops, stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer. Skills & Experience Strong experience in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019 migration & M365 modern workplace solutions. Knowledge of integrating SharePoint Online with EDRMS (Content Manager/HP TRIM or equivalent). Experience in ASD ISM / Secure Cloud controls, Microsoft Purview, Information Protection. Demonstrated ability to produce migration roadmaps, architecture diagrams, governance and adoption frameworks. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and documentation skills. Desirable: Power Platform, Teams, AI/SharePoint Syntex/CoPilot readiness. Australian Citizen with active baseline clearance.
