Location: Cardiff, NSW | Full‑time About the Role As the Head of Quality, you’ll take full ownership of the quality function across a fast‑growing, multi‑brand, multi‑category contract manufacturing operation. This senior leadership role oversees all aspects of product quality, compliance, governance and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in scaling the business and strengthening our position as a preferred manufacturing partner. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and grow the Quality team Develop quality strategy aligned with business growth Scale QMS and processes to support increased production capacity Ensure compliance with GMP ISO 22716 and cosmetic regulatory standards Lead internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness Implement and manage risk management frameworks Oversee CAPAs, deviations, SOPs, change control and documentation Ensure robust batch record management and QC documentation Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality KPIs Oversee approval of raw materials, packaging and finished goods Support process validation, scale‑up and optimisation Lead investigations and ensure effective corrective actions Act as primary quality contact for customers and brand partners Support quality agreements, technical reviews and customer audits Deliver detailed quality reporting and communication to clients Manage supplier qualification, audits and performance monitoring Approve specifications, artwork and technical documentation for NPI Ensure smooth transition from R&D to production About You Senior‑level experience in QA/QC within cosmetics industry Strong knowledge of GMP ISO 22716 Excellent documentation, systems and process improvement skills Experience leading teams in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Tertiary qualification in science or related fields (preferred) Why Join Imaginelle?
